We collect only what we need to print and mail your letters. We never sell your data. Letter contents are deleted from our servers after they're mailed. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number.

• Account info: Name and email address when you sign up.
• Letter contents: The text or PDF you submit, temporarily stored to print and mail your letter.
• Recipient addresses: The mailing address you provide for delivery.
• Payment info: Processed by Stripe. PieMail stores only a payment reference, not your card number.
• Usage data: Basic analytics like pages visited and IP address, used to keep the service running.

• To print, address, stamp, and mail your letters.
• To verify recipient addresses against the USPS database.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, delivery updates).
• To improve and secure the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Letter contents (text and PDFs) are deleted from our servers after the letter has been printed and handed to USPS. We do not keep copies of your mail beyond that.

We share data only with these processors:

• Stripe — to process payments.
• Supabase — to host accounts and order history.
• USPS and our mailing partner — to physically print, stamp, and deliver your letters.
• Lob (or equivalent) — for address verification.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@piemail.online. Residents of California, the EU, and the UK have additional rights under CCPA, GDPR, and UK-GDPR respectively, which we honor.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember wizard progress. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest. Payments are handled in a PCI-compliant environment by Stripe. For more details, see our Security page.

PieMail is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced by email.
